That is actually the best diet advice I have EVER heard (and I have heard ALOT of diet advice over the last 25 years!). I am amazed that I have never really realised that before but it is so true. All the years I struggled eating loads and loads of SW free food or WW 0 point food - I would be stuffed but would still eat all kinds of junk because I didn't really want to eat loads of chicken and veg or whatever - I ate it because you could have as much as you want, but truth to tell I didn't want any of it to start with. Now I know that there are some people who don't mind what they have as long as they are full up but they are people who don't have head problems with food. I, and reading some of the posts on here many others, have REAL problems with food. I binge for all kinds of mad reasons but never because I am hungry or have an empty stomach...
I think that Mrs M's statement summed it up for me - for the last 25 years I have been eating all kinds of food that I don't want and I have yo-yoed up and down as a result, wrecking my digestive system and well being as a result.
Thanks Mrs M!Jane

I do mine whilst it's hot- my blender still lives!!!
When i did that with my liquidiser the top was forced off and it went everywhere! all up the cupboards, walls, ceiling and me(no injuries) have never trusted the liquidiser since and use my stick blender instead which does a great job - even when hot!Do what you love :happyhear0
