    Hi all

Congrats to all the losers and good luck for next week for anyone who stayed the same or put on. Hello to the newbies (we are growing - but in a good way:p )

My shape on the Trinny and Suzanne thing was a chello lol - similar to a pear but a wee bit wider at the shoulders. I have a narrow waist but big bum, thighs and hips. My trousers and skirts are always far too big round the waist to get the right size for the rest of my lower half!!!!

Had quite a good weekend both fun wise and food wise so that's good, although did demolish a bottle of wine and half a packet of mint straws last night:rolleyes: but had lots of exercise yesterday and was really good with my meals and portion control. I am definately saving money doing the portion control and being concious of what i eat, as yesterday I took a picnic with us, instead of going for a pub meal which we would normally have done. Additionally at snack time i bought one pack of 3 biscuits between me and little one when I would normally have bought us one each lol.

    Today'a meal plan was/is:
    breakfast - 2 mini croissants
    snack: empire biscuit
    lunch: bread and coronation chicken
dinner: thai red chicken and rice

    Tomorrow I am planning:
    Breakfast: fruit and fibre
    snack: satsuma
    Lunch: coronation chicken sandwich
dinner: lamb grillsteaks, potatoes and veg

    Have a good day all.

    Afternoon everyone.

Have only just had my lunch as I had a mishap in a local supermarket this morning. I slipped on some water on the floor and my right knee took the whole bang. Been hours at the hosp but luckily nothing broken. So up to now I have had

B Porridge with cinnamom almonds and a banana. Cup of tea.

Lunch 3.30pm A wrap with chicken a yellow pepper and hoummous. Cup of tea. Satsuma.

I plan to make wraps and take them to work. Spent £13 and reckon my groceries willl see me through a week.

Well done everyone who has lost and good luck to everyone for the coming week

Ouch boddy, that sounds painful, and a big upset to your plans for the day, but it's good it's not broken.

Make sure you follow all the instructions for resting/elevating etc etc - it really does make a difference to how fast things like that take to heal.

    Morning all

Rockie4 - have you got that Strictly Come Dancecize DVD cause I was thinking about getting it? Is it any good?

That's the one! It's actually quite hard but really enjoyable :j They spend a lot of time going over the steps before you get to the routine, I've only done it a couple of times but know I've had a workout :j
I haven't attempted the jive yet but Erin's quickstep is as good as aerobics:j

I've had another visit from the bread monster today  Woke up with a migraine which wasn't a good start to the day:( medication shifted it but I always get the munchies afterwards :naughty:
I'm not listing what I've eaten today but I'll weigh myself in the morning and report the damage

Pigpen - Can I join the pearshape club?? 36-28-43    I've got a really nice pair of size 14 jeans in the wardrobe and would love to fit into them again, went for a walk this afternoon and was desperate to get the 16's off and return to the old trackies ;)

Have a good day ladies :A

    Hi all

It would seem that there have been a lot of losses, well done to all, and to all who stayed the same, and a big hug to anyone who has put weight on (and at the same time I am hugging myself too).

Boddy I hope your knee is ok, sorry you hurt yourself!

I am in a terribly despondent mood today, probably PMT and for the last few days I have eaten in a fairly chaotic way and with not much regard to weight loss, so I have probably put some weight back on, which after the staying the same last week is not going to make me feel too good.

I also cannot stand the idea of going back to the SW with that grim leader, perhaps I will go to another group for the next 3 weeks, and be done with it.

Not much to say other than I feel like screaming, I know it is hormonal and I have to go with it, but it is not very pleasant all the same.

Going offline now because I could stay on whinging and whining, sorry about this!

Love and well done to all here

    Caterina
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

Very jealous of all you pears - wouldn't mind having the wide hips and booty, instead I am the dreaded apple - it all goes on my belly like some old man who's drunk too much beer.
