Good morning.. this is the Daily Thread for Friday 11/1/08. This is an “over the garden fence” type thread where we chat about everything OS and maybe a little bit more. It’s a great, inspiring and motivating thread we start each day to discuss what we’re going to do today or what we’ve achieved already. Everyone’s welcome, please do come in, put your feet up (although check the fence hasn’t just been painted first!) and join us for an OS natter. The more the merrier!
When you make a post, if you feel like giving it a title, that will help others that don’t have the time to read everything skim through the thread quickly but if not it's not a problem, we’re a laid back bunch here so you won’t hear any complaints. Please do not start a new daily thread before you go to bed at night because this often leaves things confusing with two daily threads live at the same time. The idea is that a member would start each new daily thread after they get up in the morning
Some people who chat here like to try to answer everyone. Don’t feel you have to though, a general “hi everyone, hope everyone’s well” type start does just as well
Morning all,
Am up and about for work. Got hardly any sleep, after OH came to bed at about 2 very noisily, then proceeded to dig his elbow into my back all night, squash me and push me out of bed  . Then I was worried about oversleeping so I just stayed awake.
Off to make my lunch and have some breakfast.
My HM bread from last night was awful!! It was so yeasty
I think I will try Delias recipe next time
Hope you all have a good day

Good morning everyone. I didn't seem to sleep well last night. I kept having bad dreams when I did nod off. I couldn't tell you what they were about but I kept snuggling up to OH who slept soundly throughout!! So I've got up all bleary eyed and would love to be able to sneak off back to bed!!! no chance of that though.:( Right better go and get organised.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

Morning all
I had a good night sleep, but had the most horrific dreams, I dreamt about Jeremy Clarkson!!!!! Heaven knows why & the dream was Xrated, lol.
Work in a while, it's been quiet there for the past couple of days & so I've been envelope stuffing, eurgh.
Hope everyone has a fantastic Friday.
Hugs Hester

Good morning everyone,
We had another productive day in the bedroom.Working that is. I looked after DGS this morning while XDIL & OS got their haircuts. XDIL got her's done like Vic Beckham.
I was very gracious and said it was lovely.
Looks like a lot of hard work to me. Still a bit overcast and showery here. Don't think it got as hot as predicted down south.
DH going to work for a few hours tomorrow morning. He has to set up the crane & other machinery as the job kicks off on Monday. My neighbours are back for a little while. She has her hair dyed fire engine red atm.
Nix Congratulations and I'm sure you'll have the wine up to scratch by then.
MrsMix:hello:
I hope those suffering from lack of sleep last night get through the day OK. Will pop back later. ByeeeeeeeeeeDon't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0 -

Jeremy Clarkson  I had a lovely dream last week about Gordon Ramsay, but woke up before the good bit
Freezing here again today so will have to wrap up to take the dog out. Got to wait in today for a courier to collect my Debenhams steamer that I cancelled - received another order notification yesterday, so hope they don't send another
Not sure what's for tea, will have to have a rummage in the freezer, but I feel really lazy on Fridays and don't want to cook a proper meal, so might be hm pizza and nibbles
Just listening to the tv about that poor woman who commited suicide after giving birth to twins, what a shameYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0
