    Both me and my partner are both well off and have our own home and cars....we have both lived in council house before and dont have a problem going back. I have eaten at more up market restaurants and I can say for sure the service doesn't get any better than a "substandard establishment" however people have a right to complain regardless and I can tell you for a FACT stuck up toffee nosed people complain more than anyone else.

    I hope this clarifies and stops the apparent one up man ship you appear to have.
    I can assure you i am not 'toffee nosed' at all.

    Anyway, i applaud your presence of mind for making a point without swearing.

    Have to say, I find a large amount of your comments on this thread (and others) to be absolutely disgraceful and totally lacking in any manners.

    You may hold yourself out to be superior, but, to me, a person with class would not try to put others down in the way in which you do.

    I hate chain pubs, Anything by Whitbread especially, but Pizza Hut and F & B are the same. Just microwaved overpriced rubbish. I much prefer the local one offs
