I think maybe if their staff were paid more than minimum wage they might get better people working there.... just a thought

We went to the F+Bs in Preston the other week - wow it was bad! Ordered the spaghetti carbonara and it was the worst I have ever had, supposed to be cheese sauce yet I swear it was just flour and water, absolutely no taste - The spaghetti even tasted like plastic, mushrooms tasted foul and the bacon bits were just bits of fat.

I am quite a shy person so I was a bit scared to complain, wish I had though. Its such a shame cos the actual cost was quite reasonable, just a shame the quality is worse than garbage
