I'm completely cheesed off with HDN, should have had a delivery on Jan 10th (from M&S sale ordered Boxing Day!). Didn't come Jan 10th OR Jan 11th. Is now back at depot apparently, showing as 'Undeliverable' on the tracking screen today, as they couldn't find me :mad: . Ridiculous, they have delivered here before (a Boots delivery, to keep this Boots-related ) and it's not like I am in the middle of nowhere. So called up and will not get it before Monday now but have asked for them to please call me for directions if they get stuck again. I bet they just wanted an early night and couldn't be bothered to deliver...

HDN are appalling. We live in a builing with a building manager and 24 hour consierge. There is ALWAYS someone on reception - often 2 people.

The number of packages HDN have tried to tell us were not delivered because no one was in is unreal... Our consierge even reviewed the 24hour CCTV we have running (in doors and out) to prove they never came anywhere near the building...

My boots order has been sent via HDN... Not holding out much hope of seeing it now...

same thing happened to me last week. My items got returned to M&S and I lost my christmas items as they could not be redispatched.

My mum had trouble getting an amazon parcel today but eventually got it.

She lives 200 miles away... goes to show the quality of service is not just low around here.

Avoid these cowboys where possible.

same here,waited in for 2 days to be told they had tried to deliver but no one in - we live in a pub and cctv was checked no sign of them!

I think the Boots in the quadrant is the best for sales. Need to go straight upstairs! Then go to any others on way home!

i thought I would check the status on my 3 boots orders (I did 3 smaller orders as things kept going out of the basket, so I kept checking out and then going back in)

2 are dispatched by HDN......not good looking by above posts
1 dispatched by express couriers, that according them they carded me at 8.10 on Friday morning......the flippen liars..:mad: at that time my kids were looking outside the kitchen window looking for the friends we take to school to arrive, we then did not leave until 8.40 but hubby stayed in as he works from home

Just wait until monday morning til I call them

the last order I placed with Boots in august got lost in transit and they ended up giving me my money back as they could not find the order (I wanted the item not the refund), so it better not happen this time

Least they have updated website again. Now only 3 pages but all seem to be in stock
