Just received some of the items bought from the boots sale very early on the day it started. Total of 8 items missing, 1 box and some items which i got the despatch note for in another box but werent' there. Had to have a refund and got a few extra points. Really disappointed.

Hey, I saw a list on here before with when the instore sale was starting (75%), is that online ? Or have people just asked instore... I'm wondering if Whetstone London wouldbe starting today

Just a quick question for all you lovely Boots experts

Last week I ordered £120 worth of sale goodies and paid via Paypal. The payment was taken from my Paypal account (paypal funds) on Wednesday and the items were delivered on Thursday. Now at the same time as the order was placed, Paypal 'reserved' the funds from my bank account and this money has still not been cleared back into my available balance. Does anyone know how long it should take?

Just had 3/4's of my order delivered a day early . nt comlaining about that it means ds an have his birthday gifts all wrapped up in the moring instead of waiting for a parcel. also means I can get into town tomorrow for the instore sale.

And a bit miffed at the delivery man though , I was out and a neighbour offered to take it in but he refused and left it on my front doorstep in full view of the street !!! one box was badly battered but the contents are fine .

I ordered a trike in the 50% off sale which I will be returning as soon as the 75% off one arrives (due tomorrow). Is it worth you asking Boots to reserve any that are returned for you as a priority, given the circumstances? Would hate for your little one to miss out when there is an extra one sat here!
