maddening that they dont remove the out of stock items. you think you can get something then nope, nothing shown in basket. why bother having a 'in stock' button ?!

So there maybe be, but the "In stock items" are OUT OF STOCK!
I think that is the point being made
Boots havent updated their stock levels and the items are still showing as in stock but when clicked upon are in fact out of stock:rolleyes:
  • Yes I found that to, very irritating!

My order was still showing as being processed, so I went out.I got back to a card from Home Delivery Network, saying 'item left in back porch'. I don't have a back porch - this was code for 'left in garden'.

The packaging was just a poly bag - no cardboard box - and the box on the item itself is open both ends, and very battered.

I have now had the dispatch email, saying I would get everything in one delivery, so it's back to crossed fingers..........

I have had an email saying dispatched , anyone know how ong it takes on average from dispatch to delivery , I am thinking i probably shouldn't trust their delivery estimate
