I was same as others - boobs as sore as anything, spotting, and then a few days later having to run past the cafeteria at uni cos the smell of coffee made me retch. Unfortunately I wasn't pregnant for very long

, good luck to everyone.
Any news yet? xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
:TJessBrown100 - congratulations!:T I'm so pleased for you. I lost my first and was told I'd probably never have any children.
Two years later, my daughter arrived.:j When she was five, I had a laparotomy and a big tidy up job, and was told there would be no more children.
Two years later, my son arrived.:jFair enough, daughter is borderline ADHD at 23, and 16 year old son had had CFS/ME for 7 years, but I've still got them and wouldn't be without them. It's one in the eye for the medical profession. :rotfl:

Hi guys!
I took a urine sample in to my gp's tuesday morning as my period was a week late and had various strange things going on! I was told it might take several days to get the results, so i ended up buying a test on my way home (my sister came along with me, and agreed the wait would drive her mad!)
I didnt take the test untill the evening though, when my husband got in from work. And there was two blue lines! Im still letting it sink in to be honest...
Ive just rang the gp surgery and they said they cant tell me the results over the phone-but i said i know anyway! She said 'ahhh! in that case, if we're PRESUMING its positive, i'll get you an appointment!' so basically saying yes, but i knew that already...ok im not making much sense sorry!
Im going in tuesday to see my gp, as he might be swapping my medication. we discussed this before ttc, as it was worrying me a bit.
Theres been several announcements on the boards-its all very exciting!
Ive only told my hubby and sister, im holding back untill 3 months for everyone else for now. Will be glad when its safe to announce it! Im five weeks now, so almost half way there!
Congrats to everyone else!

Congrats to all who've just found out they're pregnant :j :T
It's so long ago that I can't remember what signs I had if any:rolleyes: , but my daughter who is pregnant just had stomach cramps (bad enough for her to see the GP about them) and slight nausea although has never actually been sick. Oh and this was after she'd found out she was pregnant. She only thought she might be pregnant as her period was late and she did a home test which was positive , couldn't believe it so went out and bought a couple more tests which of course were also positive!
