Just to check, have you managed to speak to a human, getting past the AI Sage bot?
If you haven't just reply to the AI message…"speak to a human please". You'll get a response then.

No, the AI Sage Bot knows I want to speak with a human and I'm waiting for a human agent to look into why my payment hasn't arrived and resolve it for me.

In the 'olden' days, not so long ago, there used to be two E.on reps on the Energy forum and they were great. They would resolve any problem. Malc was brilliant but I think he retired although I think Helena is still on the actual E.on Forum.

MSE Andrea was great too, but there just doesn't seem to be any humanoids in MSE Towers, any longer.

That was the Heyday of MSE, in my opinion.

Any number of 'human beings' would resolve your problems for you.

1. Has the Competitions and Marketing Authority looked into the issue of consumers being misled by offers of cashback which do not materialise? These offers are obviously intended to influence consumer behaviour so perhaps they need more regulation.
2. Better regulation of cashback would be a good idea to consider adding to Martin Lewis’ Small Ideas Initiative - https://www.small-ideas.org . Forumites might be able to suggest some good ideas on how this might work.

I've already made a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).

No contact from a human agent so far today.

On a side note. Anyone having problems with searching on the forum atm?

Search is not working for me at all.
Most likely paranoia, but I have already been told off by Forum mods re postings, so wouldn't be surprised especially because of subject matter, that I'm now being censored.
