Several people I think, have made a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority ( ASA).

The more people who complain, the more likely it will be taken seriously?

To me, it's all about the principle, honesty and integrity, something which they don't seem to care about, but the obvious thing is to vote with your feet.

I switched via Topcashback Compare for £44 cashback, rather than the CEC. Cashback is never guaranteed, but I've found that anything I've switched using TCB Compare has been paid out quite quickly.

I've complained too. It'll be interesting how ASA view this. We may get some success.
It was quite easy to complain on the website.

Do the T&Cs say that the cashback is guaranteed. Cashback sites, such as TCB and Quidco make it clear that cashback isn't guaranteed.

No mention of non g/tee on switch offer and supporting emails with CEC luci.

I've tried Sage again and their AI doesn't have the ability to work out timescales.

I'm waiting for a Human Being to be in touch within 2 working days.

What a ridiculous amount of stress and effort for £20.

8 days to wait for a response from the ASA.
