My bonus turned up sometime after 330pm.

    £300 as expected.

Based on my total not my split transfers.

My payment was deposited in my oldest held current account this morning.

To add I contacted via message us on Saturday and got a real person after 15 minute wait. Chat bot was terrible. They acknowledged there is a problem with processing the payments which is under investigation and that in due course, and if eligible, I would receive the payment and then this morning first thing, I did.

I am still waiting too - no payment of my £150 into my Lloyds current account as of now.

Glad you got the cash - but in the offer on at least the Llods pages - it stated

If you have multiple current accounts, we’ll pay the reward payment into the one you most recently opened. If you have joint and sole accounts, we'll pay the reward into an account in your sole name.

So sorry if I misled anyone on where to look, as kind of ignored the joint bit

And your not the only one to report the oldest account.

So again wondering if the team actually read the details of the offer - since they seem to be making silly errors in some cases.

17.51 today . 6th October . Nothing in my current account . Put in a complaint and asking for compensation due to 40 minute wait on the phone to be told nothing and expectantly checking my account numerous times is causing me mental stress as I am needing the money to pay a bill . They say complaints answered in 5 business days . Tick Tock . Left Halifax to join this mob . If it were not for a fixed term isa I would be off .

Have today received the outcome of my complaint. I was right. They had not paid the full reward so received the remaining £150 and £40 compensation in my account this morning. So all good now. Only took about 4 days to sort out.

My complaint has today been resolved. I too have received £150 plus £40 for my PTSD. Took a week and a half.
