Nothing for me. Given all the misinformation to other people here from their live chats about whether my situation, a transfer ending after the end of may, I've cut straight to a formal complaint.
A formal complaint because I think they shouldn't be getting away with this behaviour when some in here have clearly met the terms, and because I don't fancy explaining to someone over live chat that yes i really have met the terms, over the course of an hour while they go around responding to each new but if conversation from 10 different people in turn.
Plus all this effort means I now deserve more than £150

Still nothing. Just rung them and they claim there is a general issue with the payment of the reward which they are looking at. I am sure he said their CPD team are onto it but with no timescale. He said it could be anytime. Hope this is useful information.
I also have put a complaint in

Getting no where by chat , just keep saying would have received if met t@cs which I did .... not impressed but tied in for another 18 months cash isa which I only opened because of the cash back

Just lob a complaint in, it will be far quicker than live chat especially as they're using the implication that you didn't meet criteria. Mention that the live chat tried to fob you off by making you believe you must be ineligible, which is lazy and arrogant customer support.
Complaint form here.

I haven’t had my £150 either.
They have had 3 months to prepare these payments as presumably almost all transfers completed in June. With possibly free stragglers taking until 31 August to complete.
Very poor.1 -
Same issue here - believe it was supposed to be paid into current account by September 30th but not received anything as yet.

Lloyds live chat have just told me:
We're aware that some customers who are eligible for the ISA Transfer Cashback offer have not yet received their payment.
Customers were expecting the cashback to be credited by 30 September, however some payments have been delayed.
IT have confirmed that cashback payments are processing as expected.
A processing backlog has resulted in delays for some customers.
Affected customers should receive their payment within the coming days. An exact timescale has not yet been provided.

lloyds telephone support were far less reassuring, late lunch time yesterday.
Maybe "its" fixed now, maybe not - but i'd keep my eye on your accounts - and chase it up certainly by middle next week.
they had a hope that it wouldnt be long (went from a few working days initially, but after the rep reaching out to her manager and other depts - no guarantee on that timesscale).
If it was a simple backlog, she and her manager were not, at least yet, aware of that.
The bonus if a few days late isnt critical, but as it was key to my decision to open accounts something they really should have tested and gotten correct by now.
The qualification date was essentially arguably a full month ago (ISAs had to remain funded by qualifying amount to 31st Aug iirc) - Sep 30th payment backstop gave them a month to process all accounts.
I agreed to closing the complaint - with a condition - a 2 week backstop.
