Samsung's Quint system similarly does A2A (heating and cooling) and A2W (heating and hot water) in an all in one unit:
What is particularly clever is that it can do heat recovery from AC cooling in summer to heat the DHW tank with that recovered heat.

Hmmm - whilst a combo A2A + A2W is interesting, it means a large ground-mounted heat pump; from my perspective it's an A2W with add-on A2A.
I was really looking for an A2A (only) system.
The Samsung Quint one says 65C (so it's close) and I couldn't see the numbers for the Daikin; however, my current gas boiler consistently produces that heat of water; it's not an "up to".
The Dakin is a heat or cool system: it can't heat your water whilst cooling your house.
Interesting to know about, though.

I'm guessing you already know the answer to that question?
From what I gather, most people with A2A systems have some alternative means of heating hot water. There are heat battery systems (e.g, Sunamp Thermino), hot water cylinders with integrated heat pumps (e.g, Mixergy) or old school water tank with immersion heater running on cheap rate electricity (popular with EV owners on very cheap overnight EV tariffs). Or one could even retain a compact gas combi boiler to provide hot water given most A2A systems aren't supported by a grant requiring the complete replacement of fossil fuel systems.

Thanks; I don't know of any, but just seeing if there's anything I haven't picked up on yet.
Lots of choices & variations are available at the moment, so just looking to make sure I'm across them.

Is there a good reason why you're choosing to heat your HW tank to 70C?
Your boiler will be much more efficient if you heat the water to 60C or less. I've set mine to heat to ~55C, for example.

Was coming to ask the same question. Many would consider 70c hot water borderline dangerous and not good for cylinder longevity either and 70c rads would also be a liability imho.

Mine is either on or off; I have to say it's a number I saw, so I just took that as written.
I can say the water is too hot to touch, but I may check with a thermometer.
My Baxi Bermuda boiler and hot water tank are probably 50 years old!
(You might say they're built like a tank…)

I had a quote. I’d have to change all of my radiators, replace the small bore pipework, lose part of a bedroom to house the water cylinder. It’s not going to happen. My house is only 30 years old.
