That Is what we were trying to find out, because your other questions above could not be answered until we knew what went wrong and why , who was at fault etc

You cannot try to fix something by flying blind, solutions come after understanding the problem

I dont believe that you have good grounds for a set aside, plus it costs £313

There may be a way of limiting your loss, but its not something discussed openly, so you may be contacted by pm
