The rest: correct email (autoreply acknowledged, over the phone acknowledged, within 28 days acknowledged, F180 submitted, includes all the above mentioned. MCOL unable to do anything during that time, thats why emailed, and talked about it over the phone, I think I need to call them, as there is a glitch

That form is not used at the defence stage, as we keep telling you , so wrong form, not wrong ref
If you did do so, at the defence stage, its no wonder that you have a default Judgment

If am correct received a letter to fill in directions questionnaire otherwise a judgment would be made. Phoned in and confirmed that. Emailed it within 28 days of the claim made (AoS already done) with all the info mentioned above, and confirmed via email automatically, and phoned in also to make sure. I can see that the ref is the wrong one, by my computer copy paste and new ref in , but auto -corrected somehow, but the date submitted is correct.

Actually in the form had to fill in details of how you want to defend it on papers or in person, then what dates aren't you available, and which court to attend, and the rest why you think not on papers, and I'm not sure if the defence info put. I'll check
