Probably because the defence deadline had expired, and you emailed your defence 3 days after the deadline I calculated earlier, by your own dates supplied last night , there was no need to redact the dates on your picture
The N180 DQ document has nothing to do with these early stages after a claim has been filed, that N180 stage is probably 4 to 8 weeks after a defence has been logged
You seem to have missed the boat by 3 days, so never boarded , never got over the 2nd hurdle

Overstaying by 50 minutes on a 1 hour max free stay private land ( so 10 minutes short to the hour) don't think I owe them anything. But hey anyway this is life win some loose some.

I did email to the correct email, even called them with the correct NC, but i think put by autocorrect wrong reference CN when I check email.
