    Did you email a signed & dated defence and got an auto-receipt?

    Why are you also talking about a late DQ? A DQ isn't the defence.

    DQ sent within time limit, 28 days, wrong ref submitted due to autocorrection, called to double check If they received it, gave the right ref over the phone !!! This is wird..

    Anyone has any idea on what to do.

    @Coupon-mad , After AoS, , sent form N180 email, couldn't do it on MCOL.

    They requested DQ as they hadn't received, and adviced to do it via emal. Did that and confirmed by phone witht the right claim n. Soo everything on track. But it looks like the computer auto corrected the wrong cn.
