Because that N180 DQ form wasn't the correct form at the stage you were at, OR, it related to one of the other court cases you have had in the last 12 months and therefore has a different reference number

They definitely wont add an N180 returned form or email to MCOL out of sequence because first they have to receive your defence, then log it on MCOL, and copy it to DCB LEGAL, then there comes a time maybe 6 weeks later when they post out the N180 form to your address and that is when you email the completed N180 back to the CNBC DQ email address in Northampton , not before

I am surprised that you aren't understanding about the step by step process because your have a few court claims on the go since summer 2025, so you should know all this from the replies in your CEL, PARKING EYE and other cases on here

I'll double check, verdict so far , if I've emailed the wrong one instead of the right one, subject to double checking.

What's your verdict @ Gr1pr apart from inquisition. Thanks

I think my verdict is that you are very confused and myself and others cannot get crystal clear clarity, which i also noticed in your other cases, no proper updates or information, so everyone seems confused and despite you having several cases you don't seem to understand the basics, the legal process

The one thing I do believe is that you have a valid judgment against you, probably due to human error by you, a costly problem , caused by you not filing a defence in time, so DCB LEGAL asked them fir judgment

Earlier in this thread you thought a DQ ( Directions Questionnaire ) was a defence, its not ! Then you failed to understand the 2 basic timescales and deadlines as well. I am not legal person, but I understand the steps and processes involved, despite never having a pcn or court claim

"If am correct received a letter to fill in directions questionnaire otherwise a judgment would be made."

    No you didn't.

We know you didn't because your Claim History shows no defence was filed. One of two things happened.

    Either:

    • you never sent a defence, or
    • you emailed a defence and it went missing.

Only you know. Check your sent emails.

Thank you guys for your help and effort, some people are very good at paperwork , some people are confused and panicky, it's not easy to deal with legal terminology, time frame, especially if one leads a hectic life, and works donkis hours, one seeks help the way he knows, don't understand why some people make it about them when in fact one is seeking help, and to be put down or even judged for having a PCN in the first place, while everyone knows that these are so so unfair and unjust, that's why I'm fighting, not because I am wrong. If i was wrong I would have paid there and then.

I thought we are here to help fight unfair tickets and not bully or boss and judge people.

All i needed was, am I going to end up with CCJ, even if I pay, within 30 days.

Where and how to pay and who to call

how does it work if file to set aside , anyone has experience in this, (I know it costs to file)

    Thanks again.

But we are trying to save you from doing that. And save you the court fee as well because I fear you will struggle with the paperwork and hearing.

Smart Parking / DCB Legal case with no defence. What's the CCJ date (don't guess, read the default judgment).
