Barclaycard Online Servicing now closed

Did have a search - didn't see any mention of this in the last two weeks……..went to print off latest statement from the PC Online servicing portal - and basically now shut……use the app…..

The standard Barclay's online banking is still working fine, you can access your Barclaycard through that too.

They merged the two phone apps ages ago, you still have the two icons on the phone but they load the same service whichever you log into.

That's odd - I used my Barclaycard account online as recently as this weekend just gone and there was nothing in there to suggest the service would be closing.

Is the OP certain they landed to the genuine Barclaycard site and not a spoof / phishing copy?

Did you definitely use the Barclaycard online servicing site? That's gone, but you can still access your barclaycard through the Barclays banking site.

This seems to be working fine for me to get in to Barclaycard transactions, statements etc as normal …

I was not aware there were two Barclaycard sites - I access via the current account site and then sign in to Barclaycard from there.

Re the spoof site suggetion - yes it was the genuine article ……and F-secure Banking protection all indicated genuine……

There is nothing on the homepage - it's only when you go to login (with just the User ID) that the info pops up…… (on bcol.barclaycard.co.uk)

I have the app aswell and have printed it from there……. (although the Statements link at bottom of the app doesn't do anything again!!!)

I've just this second logged in at https://bcol.barclaycard.co.uk/as3/UI/#/login/ (bcol.barclaycard.co.uk/as3/UI/#/login) and it's working as normal for me. I've just downloaded my latest statement.

Downloaded my latest statement from the Barclaycard website a couple of hours ago. Still works for me

So based on the above posts - seems they are doing a gradual movement - I did just try the link by "Noitsnotme" above (after hovering over it and verifying it!!!) - paste my Username in……and then get the "We're shut it down" page……
