DDefinitely NOT a fine, you should know that because of the other cases

Name the private parking company claimant involved

Study the first post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Study the NTK PCN letter to see if its compliant with POFA or not

Complain about it to the retail park management company first, plan A

Well you will obviously never pay, but which PPC?

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Terrible signage and in no way capable of forming a contract. Spot the £100.

Incidentally, maternity and age are protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010, which is the entire purpose of the special area. Simultaneously forcing persons with protected characteristics to jump through burdensome hoops in order to avoid a financial penalty is unlawful.

Personally I'd rather park elsewhere and put up with the 15cm less space to save the faff and be in thrall to these vultures.

Ignore Minster but kick off with the shopping centre.
