I'd call their bluff on their claim that they saw you reading the signs on the way in.

The images of the car were clearly taken with a handheld camera, not CCTV, and it is unlikely that there is also CCTV sufficiently focused on your vehicle to show the driver leaving the vehicle - and that someone from Meadowhall then sat down, went through their many cameras to find your vehicle at exactly the time and place the driver left the vehicle to identify them… then track THAT PERSON by video to then apparently read a sign.

yes images most likely were taken by a handheld but Im not convinced .. Meadownhall could clearly see I did stop to read it which he said on the phone call .. described all what I was earing so im not convinced of this

Did you appeal as the keeper or as the driver?

Have you received a Notice to Keeper?

Forget what they said they have seen. Did you read the sign, or not? What can you say about what happened?

But do they actually have any evidence of this? Have you seen these alleged photos/videos? Ask them to send you proof if they are so sure.

So far, it sounds to me more like a bored receptionist who has learnt the lines that shut down complaints as quickly as possible. Everyone likes the easy life.

I'm basically saying to not be intimidated by this point. Just sounds like bull to me!

I appealed as the Keeper not the driver - I have also got a notice to the keeper letter

honestly because I complained to Madowhall 1st he range me back straight away and went through the stages of me leaving the car to going up the escalator to rading the sign on the top at the entrance going in

then i was told by Meadowhall to appeal to Minster Baywatch .. he watched my everymove

These are shopping centre security goons. Don't give them another thought.

I've never ever seen a parking company make a court claim and include video footage as part of their witness statement. The labour is just unprofitable.
