Do I just fill this out to say im not happy .. I never knew this was even a thing nor did I see anything or know anything about it

ok so I've just wrote this but to Meadowhall its on a contact form (had to do it in two parts)

is that who I should have sent it to ? sorry just had an after thought as we visited several shops whilst there

Write a letter of disgust. You're not going legal, you're explaining it's a ridiculous policy where traipsing to a service desk to ask permission to use a tiny bit more tarmac is more faff than its worth and that whilst you're dealing with that some jobsworth leaps out and tickets the car.

Instruct them to tell their parasitic parking company to cancel the charge because no way will you be paying and won't be returning.

that was a no go .. just had a phone call saying to go through the appeal process as I should not have parked in that space .. had a child but she was over 5 and they say they saw me reading the signs on the way in ..

yes it was someone from Meadowhall as you had to leave your telephone number and details from when I contacted them to complain .. to be fair they called me very quickly and had done their homework and tracked me .. then he said I would need to go down the appeal process on the PCN ..

I did read the newbies feed and if I read it correctly I don't appeal until day 25 / 26 which if it was issued on the 5th June would take me to appeal on day 25 which would be 30th June ?
