You've been told you've reached the end of the internal appeals route (which 99.999% of the time is going to result in your appeal being rejected anyway).

So for a BPA Approved Operator, the next step is POPLA.

It's hard for us to comment on the "above" without actually seeing what you're proposing to send; which you could upload to dropbox (provided that the copy you upload doesn't include any personal information).

just looking at this again .. it says to appeal to Minster Baywatch on the NTK - but you cannot email and has to be done on their website !!

Should I just appeal directly to POPLA and copy in Minster Baywatch or just send directly to POPLA ?

Also jsut looked up POPLA I guess it has to be done online on the appeal POPLA page ? if you can confirm

If Minster Baywatch issued an appeal rejection, ( meaning that you have already appealed to MB. ) , and if they included a 10 digit popla code, with the rejection, then you upload the finished popla appeal to popla on the popla website, choosing OTHER

you dont involve MB or anyone else in this secondary stage popla appeal

many thanks they have sent a POPLA 10 digit via an appeal which is headed "Charge Notice" and the number

Then they have sent a NTK in the post ..

So are using both post and email …

That doesn't make any sense. Wrong order. This is the chronology:

1. scam PCN received by post
2. recipient exhausts landowner complaint first, then if no joy:
3. recipient appeals as keeper
4. inevitable rejection letter from scammer
5. POPLA if you want to waste time, then if no joy:
6. Ignore everything else that's NOT a court Claim Form
7. No paying
8. Tell them & the scum DRA if you move house
9. Come back if a Claim Form arrives

Probably expired, what was the date on that notification letter that contained the 10 digit popla code ?
