A plus point for leasing a car is the peace of mind it gives you. I think it’s a good idea.

Well done on earning a lazy day enjoy 🙂

I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪

  • It’s very addictive 😂

Been a bit spendy this month, 2 birthdays in the family and I’ve definitely been overly generous 🥴 one of them is turning 18, so it’s a biggie. After those birthdays I usually turn my attention to Christmas 🫠

Put deposits down for a weekend away with friends and a family holiday in summer hols to the Lake District. We’ll do a foreign holiday at some point too, but I need to finish active treatment before I get travel insurance so I’m holding off booking anything for that yet.

  • Yes, I’ve heard good things about them! I dread to think what the quotes will be 😧
My surgery results appointment has been pushed back a week as they weren’t ready for the MDT today. They only hold it once a week and they won’t give any results to me until they’ve been discussed at the MDT. Bit frustrating.
I’m due back at work on Monday and I’m not keen when I don’t know what my results are and therefore what the timelines are for next stage of treatment. Debating getting my sick note extended, especially as I haven’t had an Occy health appointment yet either.
