good news that the surgery went well. An expert has decided that 3 weeks off work is right for you so take that time to recuperate and re-set guilt free.

Thanks everyone ☺️
Bit sore after the surgery, but it’s been manageable. It’s mainly the site of the lymph node removal that causes discomfort as it’s under my arm.
Chill weekend as I obviously couldn’t do much 🫠 but it was still nice. No major plans for the coming week either.
£800 to last just under 3 weeks until payday. It always sounds a lot, but £40 a day can go fast with a family of 6!DFD March 2025 (£35000 paid off)

Thanks Beanie… me too, another big bit of treatment completed.
A week on from surgery and I’m doing well, can pretty much move my arm as normal and I’m not too sore as long as no one puts pressure on my left side.
It’s been a quiet week, I’ve got out for a walk everyday and done some light chores, cooking etc when I’ve felt like it.
Money wise, we’ve got £440 to last 14 days which should be ok. Our MOT/service is next week, which could be interesting. But we have a fund for car expenses which should cover it as long as nothing horrible shows up on it.DFD March 2025 (£35000 paid off)
