  • Meeting a friend for brunch today, looking forward to it. She lives an hour away, but we meet in a really pretty village that’s midway. We always go to the same cafe and have lovely food and a chat.
We’ve been friends since we were 11 and it’s such an easy and natural friendship. We probably meet 5-6 times a year and occasionally wh@tsapp but when we meet we just pick up where we left off.

I’m definitely a quality over quantity person with friends. I’d say I have 7 really good friends and really appreciate them. Apart from 2 they don’t know each other well. I’ve never done big groups of friends, even at school 🤔

  • V!nted sales all completed and good reviews, so £93 into my personal spends. I’d like a new winter coat so it’ll be a contribution to that.

We’ve had a few nights away in NI, it’s one of the furthest places we could get without needing travel insurance 😂.
Mixture of work and hospital appointments for the next few days until my op on Friday 🥴

  • Thanks Teapot, SA, Dakota and Beanie

Will be glad when it’s over, I then have to wait 3 weeks for the results.
If the tumour has completely gone (no small amounts not visible on scan), I’ll need 2 weeks of radiotherapy and the remaining doses of immunotherapy. However, if it hasn’t completely gone, it’s 4 weeks of radiotherapy and another 6 months of chemo (tablet form) 🥴

  • We did! First ever time in N.Ireland and we really liked Belfast, very clean and compact. We did a coach trip up the Antrim coast to the Giant’s Causeway which was beautiful.

When I can get travel insurance, we’d love to explore Southern Ireland a bit too.
