Fuse wanted £400 up front credit for me to join them, what if they go bust like Bulb and Tomato? I'll just go elsewhere.

If they go bust its a credit balance and therefore protected under OFGEM rules.

They have 2 days to issue me a final bill or they owe me (another) £40. They really are useless.

NEVER had anything from Fuse re "final bill". Left them 7th August, had a statement 2nd Sept, paid on 7th Sept. Queried when I would get a final bill on chat a few weeks ago , but bot told me I'd had it on 2nd Sept!
As a result nobody has charged for usage on the changeover as the figures used to open my account with the new supplier are higher than Fuse finals , worth ~ £3 .Oh well………….. have now cancelled DD

Please can you give me details of how to claim £40 for a delayed final bill. I've been waiting almost 2 months for my final bill from Tulo. However, a lot of the blame falls on to Fuse, who have been absolutely hopeless in transferring my energy supply to them.

It should be paid automatically but rarely is s you'll just need to email them with a brief mention of the ombudsman if not paid.
