Santander Fixed ISA eVoucher offer

Just finally got through to Santander and I was in the middle of explaining the situation, but the guy I was speaking to then hung up on me!!

One thing to bear in mind when you do redeem your voucher with one code is that the e-gift card email will probably go into your email spam. It did for me in all 4 cases!
One of my original emails from simplythanyou did too.
So make sure you check your spam folders!

I'm still waiting on my £100 voucher which I initiated a £25K full transfer on 01/05, and got confirmation it was completed on 06/05. Checked my emails every day, checked my spam every day and have been sent nothing.
Going to call them in the morning and hopefully they won't start playing silly beggars with me.

Still waiting on my £100 evoucher. Spoke with Santander this morning and they confimed that it had been approved for issue by Santander on 14 May (Transfer of funds had been progressed on 02 May and complete by 08 May).
Nothing received in emails or spam.
Santander asked me to email simplythankyou support. Which I have done this morning (Sat), advising approval was made on 14 May and requesting issue of evoucher.
So fault seems to be lying with simplythankyou. If I don't hear or see anything useful early next week in reply to my email, then I'll call simplythankyou.

It's been 30 days and the e-voucher still hasn't arrived. Santander said the e-voucher should have been automatically sent by Simply Thank You within 30 days. Simply Thank You have said they're awaiting approval from their Corporate Manager contact in Santander. Why Santander couldn't have sent me the e-voucher directly is beyond me. I've emailed Simply Thank You and I've had an automated message saying they'll respond within 48 hours. This is unacceptable.

I filled in the application form for an ISA on 3rd May 26. Confirmation email that the ISA was now open was received on 5th May at 09:44 am. Haven't received eVoucher so rang Santander today (after the 30 days) and they say the offer ended on 4th May!! However, I had printed off the Ts &C s for the offer at 11:52 am on 5th May — so the Ts & Cs were still on their website AFTER I received confirmation that the account was open (and after the date that they say the offer ended). I can't see how they can still refuse me the eVoucher.
Santander is despicable for trying everything to wriggle out of paying up!

My 30 days ended on Friday so I was planning to contact Santander this week, but my voucher has just arrived this morning! Hopefully that means they've sent out a batch to others who were still waiting as well

Mine arrived this morning too! Either sent out as batch or they acted on my email to support?
Either way, I hope others have positive news today or very soon.

My e-voucher arrived this morning too. It's a £200 voucher and I was planning on using it for an item on Zalando worth £199, so I thought it would work out perfect.
Be careful! Zalando limit to only £170, so I've had to pay the extra £29 and I now have the spare £30 sitting in my Zalando account which I can't use anywhere else! 🤦

T&Cs for expired offers / accounts are frequently still available online, as a reference for the people who have availed themselves of the offers. The ability to view these terms does not change the dates or other terms contained in the T&Cs.
There is nothing despicable for a company to stick to their published T&Cs. You have just missed the offer in this case, which might be annoying but you don't have a valid claim I'm afraid. A valuable lesson to learn perhaps that reading offer T&Cs is essential.0
