I raised query again about evoucher on Santander chat.

Reply:

As per checking here, you would qualify for the evoucher. Please be inform that the voucher will be issued from the 7th day after completion of the transfer request.

Sounds like I should qualify for this voucher - transferred 22k from a matured FR ISA into Santander, completed 20th April, without being aware of the voucher offer.

Maybe I should look out for it within the next couple of weeks?

So your transfer was completed on 20th April and you got your e-voucher on 29th April, 9 days later.

My transfer from Trading 212 was completed on 5th May, but didn't actually land in my Santander account until 8th May. On 7th May, Santander pulled the offer, so I'm not sure if I will get an e-voucher.

As yours took 9 days to come through, I'm hoping I will receive my e-voucher by next week, although Santander say it can take up to 30 days. I guess I will have to wait and see what happens.

According to the e-voucher T&Cs, it's the date you request the transfer that matters and not the date the funds are credited so if you submitted the transfer-in request for >£10k within 14 days of opening the account and also before the e-voucher offer expired, then you should qualify for a voucher.

I received my e-voucher code email 13 days after the transferred funds were credited to the account, so you could have another week or so to wait.

I'm in the same boat as you but I am still waiting for 212 to transfer—-it's been 13 working days so far. Can I ask how long they took for you?.

Thanks, that's reassuring to know. I'm quite relaxed about it now. I will check my emails and junk folder every day until it hopefully comes in. Hopefully, it arrives by the of next week. Thanks for your info. 👍
