    My Santander account opened on 26th April and Trading 212 sent me a notification on 5th May, saying Santander wanted the funds transferred across, so nearly 2 weeks. I'm sure you'll hear something soon.

    FWIW I received my voucher this morning for a transfer from Virgin Money dated 28 April.

    I have opened two ISA's with Santander on different dates, from date money received ISA one took 10 days for voucher pay out and ISA two took 7 days so pleased with that.

    I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
    The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
    I listen all night for your step on the stair.

    Can anyone figure out how to used the voucher once received? The instructions seem a little confusing.

    What part are you stuck on?

    The unique code & pin acts like a user account and password to login and browse the voucher you want, select the amount like £25, £50 or £100 and order it.

    This will send you email with link to the voucher.

    Oh I see - I thought you had to buy something rather than choose the voucher.

    Yeah, choose a voucher and checkout, you get a code to redeem via email.

    Remember to check your junk folder as I had one of the emails went in there.

    How do you check the amount remaining on your e-voucher? I have two, one unused the other I've partly used. When I log into onecode, both vouchers state 00.00 cash remaining. Am I missing something?

    I have full spent both of mine so they both zero. If you are viewing via desktop web browser, it shows top right the remaining balance. If viewing on phone, the three lines for menu will show you remaining.

    You can click on wallet which shows the date of the vouchers you have requested and the value of the voucher.

    Is anyone else still waiting for their evoucher? I opened the new ISA and filled in the transfer form on 30 April. The money arrived 6 May (impressed with that part!) which was after the offer ended, but the T&Cs are clear that it's the date of the request that counts. I know it says it could take up to 30 days but everyone else seems to have got theirs a lot quicker…
