I would pack my bags and move to the Mainland, anywhere near a good school for my autistic Son. Fed up of promises but no services here. Mind you a nice telly in my new house would be good too.

I would clear credit cards and then do the extension on our house that we dream of without having to extend our mprtgage.

I'd put the money towards a house deposit so we wouldn't have to have such a large mortgage when we eventually buy a house.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you, your husband & family at his time - together you can be strong, lean on each other.
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out

Maybe we all need to start looking for comps with a prize of £50k then, rather than just talking about what we'd do if we won the cash:D

I don't have a problem with it personally. It's obviously not a comp and very easily ignored for those who don't want to follow it.

I would use it to pay off all of my debts and would use the rest to pay for my wedding.

I have been engaged for 4 years now and it would be nice to get that second ring before he changes his mind ;)
