I have tackled the, quite frankly festering, bottom drawer of the kitchen fridge. Not a pleasant job but good to have it sanitary and usable again 😉

Well done @KajiKita. Fridge drawers do seem to fester quickly, I expect you cleaned it mere days ago

I have done another two listings 🍻

I cleaned the chicken coop a day early. I got 5 bags of rubbish collected for £15 and now have an arrangement with him as to where I'll leave the bags that he can easily get to (without coming too far up my scary hill) so that gives me a bit of motivation to clear more crap from the garden and alleyway. I will still take what I can to the recycling centre too.

The dog was sick on my freshly washed (well, a little over 24h ago) rug, so that was pleasing. I picked up more meds for her from the vets.

No info from the relative but I have paid for the collection next Thursday so I have decided that I am not chasing him anymore. If the info is not with me in time then the shipping company can store the boxes until I'm given it and he can pay them storage fees. I need them out of my house and I can't keep arranging dates and rearranging work only to cancel/rearrange again. I missed the opportunity to close my curtains all winter, but as of next Thursday I will be able to open my living room windows! Woohooooo!!!!

It was my last day of annual leave today and I did contemplate how I could make the most of it… but decided to potter about and nap and rest mostly. I found a big ball of Babington leek bulbils in my garden that had started to sprout and root so I separated them and planted them in some pots. Hopefully they will make me many more Babington leeks and I will be leek rich!

I also started a new podcast and did aaallllll my dishes.

I still need to submit that bit of writing. It will probably take me half an hour when I get around to it, but reading all the forms and understanding all the rules, and putting all the things in the proper boxes just seems too much like hard work right now. I might need to reward myself with icecream.

Nagged the drain man, then nagged the electrician. Need a response from the electrician and then I can book the drain man…

Neighbour is looking at my heat pump info.

    Still need to nag builders.

Booked Monday off. May do gardening.

Eurgh @greenbee all that nagging is so tiring isn't it? Having to hold it all in your head and keep remembering to nag again until it's done. I hope you've got something nice to look forward to over the weekend.

Sleep I hope! However, I now need to find something to eat tonight and really CBA. I've washed some spinach, but that's it.

Lots of things from the garden relocated to the giant bins. Broken plant pots and that sort of thing. The bits I have done look much better.

Kitchen things I will never use again have been put in a box in the boot of the small car, once it is full I will take it to the charity shop.

Finally went through the remaining outdoor stuff boxes, relocated a few things to a friend. Got very cross about some things that lived in his car boot, every so often I find something that allegedly left the building years ago that he had hidden and then I burn with impotent rage at the mess I have been left with. Nothing some cake couldn't sort out and I am now back to my sunny self 😉

    I must:

    1. actually list some things on v1nted or the free sites
    2. finish sorting the spare room
    3. move one of the DC into the spare room so I can empty theirs
    4. make a list of things sundays helper can do to help
