Brie I used to get bribed with kittens when my OH had done/bought/wanted something that I wouldn't be happy about. Eight cats at his/my worst!
so many OATs and so little energy here so I'm tackling the small things first. This does not involve kittens.

I'm filthy and sweaty but I think I've done it. Three boxes packed, contents listed, weighed, redistributed to make weight limits.
I am exhausted.
I'll look at the paperwork tomorrow.

I’ve arranged to go and see my neighbours for coffee to talk about heat pumps, so need to clean my laptop screen and keyboard before I go!
Yesterday’s call to Octopus resulted in my export for Feb being credited, so I’m now in credit not debt (by £5, but we’re now into the time of year when I expect to export more than I import, so I shouldn’t have anymore bills until I start running the heating using electricity).
Karcher claimed yesterday that they were sending out a replacement pump via 24 hour courier and that it should arrive today. However, yet again, no tracking details have been sent… so who knows.

My Octopus export for Feb didn't show up when I expected it either. Phone call later & it came through - all under £4 of it.

Well done @Rhyddid2026 👏 I can't wait for it to be gone so I can't imagine how excited and relieved you'll be!
@greenbee @badmemory this is why we're delaying getting our meter installed at the build as there's a £15 standing charge each month and while we 'might' be able to make credit by exporting, I don’t trust octopus in the slightest to automatically let alone honestly apply that to the account while we're not there to check it

Octopus are getting so big now I wonder if they have had to have a system change. This is the first time things haven't gone to plan in the 18 months I have been with them.
