I also want to list some stuff on vnted. I've been putting it to one side in the spare bedroom for weeks if not months. Goal is to list at least 2 things today.
ETA two things listed. Other things need to be ironed etc but they're in a pile ready for tomorrow.

Right then, tax-y stuff. I got a letter in the post warning me I had to pay my corporation tax by 18th March.
I have managed to find my government gateway ID. I have managed to log on!
Now it says I'll receive an activation code by post in the next 7 days. Obviously cutting it fine.
So in the meantime, just make sure I have everything I need prepared? Which should just be incomings and outgoings? It won't be too long a list, I think I just delivered 3 days of training and paid someone to deliver them with me. I have the dates of the trainings and I have the invoices saved.
Anyone know of anything else I might need to do/have?
I don't know why I let myself be talked into opening a company, I was only intending to do a few bits as a sole trader at the time. Lesson learned!

I have no useful info on that subject @Rhyddid2026 but someone on here will. Agree getting all your dates and amounts on a list in front of you will greatly ease the filling-in
Finished the last of the little travel/hotel bottles of toiletries. Now onto a dedicated effort of using up the random samples, though without being wasteful and without chucking a ton of new stuff on my skin...

You could always try asking on the cutting tax part of the forum if no-one knows on here. Take a look around there & you will very quickly know who knows what they are talking about.
