    yes I thought that was the case .. so I will send to the Car park, and the Solicitor and the court

    Do I need to put in accompanying letter ?

    Just email the completed N180 DQ pdf document to the CNBC DQ email address in the 8 steps, plus CC B W Legal too

    No involving the private parking company, no scans, no pictures, no paperwork, there is no court involved at the moment, just the CNBC and B W Legal

    Add the claim reference number, plus your name and address and the VRM details

    They are using a solicitor for a reason! Of course you don't contact the parking firm.

    So today after being chased for the N180 which was sent my son has now received an email with Mediation Appointment Confirmation with a date 24.11.26 ??

    Ok I wasn't aware and not seen or heard this mentioned …

    so I have dealt with this for my son, am I able to speak on his behalf ?

    it does state the below but would like to ensure I'm doing the right thing as he works away and is not allowed his phone in the day.

Your representative must know the facts of the case, understand how far you’re willing to compromise and have full authority to act on your behalf. You’re legally bound to any settlement agreements your representative makes on your behalf

    also is there a guide so I can prepare ??

    Yes you can take the call instead and yes - mediation is of course covered in the 8 steps. This is nothing new or unexpected and you should have been ready for these silly hoops to jump through.

    There is NOTHING to prepare.

    Read the 8 steps again. Template Defence thread. You don't even have to take the call. Waste of time.

    Give them your details and phone number, then

    I would take the call, and say something like the ChirpyChicken response

    "Hello, yes this is blah blah , there will be no offers made today, we are happy to go to a court hearing, thank you for calling, goodbye "
