    yes I thought that was the case .. so I will send to the Car park, and the Solicitor and the court

    Just email the completed N180 DQ pdf document to the CNBC DQ email address in the 8 steps, plus CC B W Legal too

    No involving the private parking company, no scans, no pictures, no paperwork, there is no court involved at the moment, just the CNBC and B W Legal

    Add the claim reference number, plus your name and address and the VRM details

    They are using a solicitor for a reason! Of course you don't contact the parking firm.
