Napier Parking Fine

HI All

I am a little stuck and need some help since B W Legal are now getting involved and my sons is panicking

I am trying to help my son after he a call came through whilst driving and so came into the car park in the early hours to take a call and didn't even park in a bay

arrived in at 02.35.50 and left at 02.42.18 .

As you can see from the pictures attached the car is barley recognizable form the images and is totally unfair

I have put in all the correspondence up to now and as yet I've not had chance to reply nor have we mentioned the driver

Any help would be greatly appreciated

No need to panic get your son to click on the MSE parking ticket appeals at top of page scroll to Fight unfair private parking tickets guide.

Has your son received a BW Legal Letter of/before Claim giving him 30 days notice to pay?

Tell your son he will never have to pay this invoice (unless he loses in court which is almost unheard of and not much different than the £160/£170 they are demanding).

And it's no biggie. Easy stage!

There is nothing to panic about.

Sit tight and he responds with our help. Get him to post here in this thread when he gets a LBC or Claim Form. Make sure the address the solicitors hold is a permanent one (yours?) and open all letters even if he is away, so he doesn't ever risk a CCJ. With us, he won't.

You didn't show us any pictures (you can you know, just use the portrait icon) and tell us which PPC.
