    Because it attempts to outline a scenario where your alleged debt is going to carry on getting bigger and bigger.

    This is not the case and this is a clear attempt to coerce you into paying them before any hearing takes place.

    But the explanation to use is given lower down, look again it begins:

    Great thanks all so I have stated the above sentence and then added the parking company and solicitor at the end of the sentence which I hope is correct

    Sorry last question .. I will look up which court I need to send it to but do I also send to the parking company and solicitor at this point ??

    The completed N180 form goes to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk

    Make sure you send a PDF version filled in from the website and NOT a scan of the paper form.

    Send a copy to BW Legal.

    thank you I download it from the GOV website and today in the post I have received a copy of their N180 - Napier Parking

    do I email B W Legal as theirs arrived in my post today ? I see a lot of “don’t use post “

    Of course you can email it, or don't bother to send them a copy because it's really unimportant.

    Or post it second class.

    HI .. sorry just your post says do not send them a copy ? but the post above yours says to send a copy of the N180 to B W Legal and at the bottom of their N180 it says they must send a copy to me ?

    The instructions on page 8 of the N180 state that you must send a copy to each of the other parties involved.
