    Since the OP has received the "intention to proceed" letter, the defence must have been submitted. OP, were you just posting the defence to show us what you submitted? OR maybe some other reason!

    Hi all, so I've just filled in the N180 online and downloaded it and completed after reading up .. I have put myself down as a mediation for my Son but I'm a little stuck as to what to put on D1 question when I have ticked no as instructed but it then asks for and explanation and im not sure what to put ?
