    Easy enough for anyone to set up a Government Gateway account and do the AOS on MCOL as shown in the Template Defence 8 steps. Get him to do that now.

    He needs the government gateway account, maybe with you helping him to set it up, otherwise it might need to be an email from his email account, so let us know before doing anything at all, because it cannot be done in YOUR name

    Meanwhile , Post a picture of the POC from the lower left half of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first ( cover it up with white card or something suitable)

    Yep we can see the POC. Napier & BW Legal so your son does the AOS first then uses the Template Defence … then follows the rest of the easy 8 steps.
