OK so you had a month to reply. Did you? This is nothing new; the recommended LBC response is already written for you in the NEWBIES thread post 2, and doesn't need checking.

I assume that your son received it , not you. ?

So, I assume that HIS issue date from the top right of the claim form is 19th May, 5 days later is the service date, 24th May, then its a further 14 days, UNLESS he logs in to MCOL via his government gateway account and complete the AOS stage online on MCOL ASAP, to get another 14 days added on , making 33 days from the issue date , so around 21st June

Login using his government gateway account and do HIS AOS first, following the AOS guide in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements

Post a picture of the POC from the lower left half of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first ( cover it up with white card or something

Name the lawyers on the top left of the claim form below, the ones listed below Napier , I assume they are B W LEGAL. ?

yes my son he’s currently working away .. yes the issue date is 19th May ..

I’ll look up MCOL and I’m not sure he has a government gateway account set up

I’ll try and find the info but keep struggling to get the info I’m after ..

Yes Napier and B W Legal
