That's what I suspected. Its basically staff making it up as we go along.

@Bridlington1 - I believe that the Mansfield BS My Milestone Saver has now gone NLA.

No chance by phone
Probably possible online if instructions given early

Newcastle BS - Regular Saver 1 (NLA)
Slightly surprised to receive a secure message from Newcastle today that they feel they owe me £0.54 in unpaid interest for the above account (which matured in January 2026). This seems to be a manual intervention by Newcastle BS staff (they were asking me where to pay this amount of unpaid interest) so thought it worth sharing as others may want to check if they are owed similar (or more!) - especially if you no longer hold a NBS online account for them to message you directly.

Just confirm Newcastle BS Regular Saver 1 is not NLA, indeed I've just opened a new one having closed mine the other day to free up funds for other regular savers.

Only sharing this for info, its pretty random how things are imo.
My first iss4 PBS saver which I tried to then mature into an iss5 worked fine (already had one from scratch).
Second 'maturity' has been blocked.

Did you submit both maturities at the same time?

I don't think it is confusing at all.
If there were such a special policy for people who have held accounts for 3+ years, Principality would almost certainly have told all their staff, and would allow the multiples to all elgible account holders.
It's much more likely pot luck whether your accounts get looked at by an employee who enforces the T&Cs, or by one who isn't as concerned about adherence to T&Cs, or whether anyone looks at them at all.
I hope people will refrain from trying to clarify this with the Buislding Society, and that the public efforts to spot patterns for acceptance of multiples will cease.13 -
All my successes have been put in on a Sunday afternoon a week or so from maturity fwiw

Nope. Both done over weekends 14 days apart. Definitely just luck of the draw imo.
