Confirmation of payee takes time to fully establish. You might wish to try including any middle names too.

You may or may not be able to bypass the COP failed warning depending on your bank.

I tried to create a new payee yesterday with those details and COP failed, also tried various combinations of using only the first character from my name, and tried including my middle name, COP still failed, Ford Money seem to have managed to mess something up.

I just tested and CoP passed for me with the new details without issue.

Chorley's regular savers can be closed online without penalty in my experience, I did this myself last year.

I tried to log on 20 minutes ago put no show with the code tried just now 10.54am and seems to be ok.

Working fine for me just now. OTP received in less than a minute.
