Both of my reg savers (branch and online) are shown when logging in online and have a link for maturity options. Withdraw to nominated account is an option.

The maturity email tells you to send a secure message but if you look at your account in online banking there’s a, “set maturity instructions” link. I used this.

Anybody ever been asked to post a bank statement? To verify a nominated account? Can this be done by email or secure message?

You can now use Open Banking to make deposits into your Halifax RS.
Strangely, there is no such option (yet?) for Lloyds or BoS regulator savers. It seems odd that they add functionality to an app that will supposedly be sunset in a matter of weeks.

Sounds like they have the same online banking view as me. There is a message centre under each account, but no option to send a message. I figured it is supposed to show received messages, except that doesn’t even work as it shows nothing even when I filter to a date range that I know I received one.

I've sent them an e-mail, I'm sure there should be the various options on the site but for whatever reason there are none.

Its no biggy, just wondered why I was seeing nothing, seems I'm not alone.
