Thank you. Now successfully renewed on the browser. A relief to have that done after the failure with BoS.

You can call or message them to close the account, don't mention anything about renewal.

You can open a new one 24 hours later.

Several of us did this earlier in the year fine.

Thanks. The problem is that in 24 hours the rate is expected to be much lower.
