Progressive opened, but once again downloading documents sends you backwards in the process and then you end up with a phantom second account. Put for a debit card payment but they aren’t holding the money yet. Will they do it later? Should I wait until COP works and then send it by bank transfer if the payment doesn’t go through in the meantime?

Oddly the phantom second account (with no account number and the option to continue or cancel) shows at 7%, while what I assume is my actual account is showing at zero. If they had held the money I would assume they did as Skipton do, rate shows when funds clear.

I deleted my message as I worked out the issue. If you can log in it's under monthly savers not regular savers!

I had the same until I changed my password. Now login and log out.

Login again and go to open new savings account.

Then last option, online monthly saver.

Question for those who managed to set up the new Progressive RS: can you see your new account online? I can't, not even when logging out and in again. But I do have my new account number.

Mine shows up online but with A/C number pending.

I got a pop up to say it would be setup within 48 hours.

Existing customer, applied from within online banking.

Opened online as an existing customer and it appeared after logout/login. Only last 4 digits of account number show unless you press the little icon next to that. ‘View Details’ only works after funding appears.
