If the interest payment date shows as 31/8 I would certainly query it. Can’t see why it wouldn’t have landed with you bearing in mind others have received it.

I’m with HSBC, still no sign of interest. I phoned HSBC they couldn’t see it being held up for security checks etc.

Not a life changing amount, and knowing mine isn’t an isolated issue I think I would give it till midday Fri before phoning Hanley.

This is probably a very stupid question, but to all of you having problems with Hanley, did you opt for interest to be paid out? I can't remember the online application process now, but would expect that I chose to have interest paid into the RS account. Interest was paid on 31/8 and is in my Hanley account.

I can't recall anything in the application process either. Interest landed in my Hanley account by Tuesday, dated 31/8, and is still there, no issues.

Also, I don't have the terms of TAR10 to hand, but assume they're similar to the branch version (TAR09). It says "Following any withdrawals £25 should remain in the account." They don't appear to enforce this rule, as I withdrew all but £1 at the start of July and didn't start funding again until late August. Not a deliberate breach of the rules on my part, incidentally. I might possibly have lost interest on that £1 for 6 weeks but that's hardly worth losing sleep over.
