I had my interest payment credited and then removed from my account. Has this happened to anyone else?

MonBS Regular Saver Issue 8

I sent this months deposit at 9.58am. this morning, and still no show. Are they partially slow today, Anybody else still waiting?

In the past, it always arrived around 5ish.

Similar here. Long time existing customer, old RS matured a few days ago. Applied for the new RS and was asked to upload ID. I also could not find a "next" button until I clicked something further up the page to confirm why I was sending docs.

Of course I might be going mad (again) but doesn't this 'arrive' the following day at about 9.30am credited on the sending day's date … mine does

No I hadn’t and certainly haven’t received it anywhere else to my knowledge.

I’ve just checked again now and the full interest amount is marked as withdrawn via bank transfer. So I’m thinking I may have selected my nominated account when I set it up and it will arrive tomorrow instead of today….
