£1.76 interest for me. So an extra few pence at maturity when compounded.

MrsM set up a Lloyds log in and with no actual Lloyds accounts the only RS offered was the Club version.

I know this whole LBG access to RS products is up the wazzo but did MrsM have no relationship at all with LBG before setting up a Lloyds Bank login access?

No mention of needing a Club CA? No mention of minimum funding of the CA?

I've made my second payment into my new Lloyds RS today (1st Aug). It has registered, albeit with '3rd Aug' next to it. Is this because today is a Saturday? Overall balance is still showing as £250 even though I can see the 2 separate payment entries.

For the coming months, am I better off waiting until the first working day of the month, or will interest accrue from the 1st if it falls on a weekend or bank hol?

She is a Hfx customer. Set up the log in then looked at the available savings products and all that was there for "Easy access and monthly savers" was the Club MS, cash ISA saver and Club saver. Looking through the other categories there are a few club products being offered.

Is everyone aware of the changes with Chorley about the new online system coming on August 3rd for which we need to reregister. On the morning of the 3rd another Chorley email is due which gives more details - best then to avoid trying to reregister on the 3rd and wait until its all set up as the website might get congested and freeze.

It also gave a new customer ID.

A letter has arrived this morning with the new savings account number and it says if you have a standing order it will need to be updated.

Fortunately this month the savings SOs are going out on the 3rd rather than the 1st so I could cancel my existing SO - an action normally not allowed on the day ( at least with Nationwide)

I've then set up a new Chorley standing order with the new savings account number as the reference and of course COP is not recognized but I've gone ahead anyway.

Assume that Chorley will bounce back any payments sent with your old customer number as a reference.

Quite a few folks will have not seen the email and wont get the letter for a fortnight if their mail is delayed - OH has not had the letter yet so all I can do is to cancel his Chorley SO as I dont have his new account number - then do a manual transfer when he does get the letter.

The only change Chorley advised me of is the need to re-register on the new system, with a new ID. Nothing about a change of account numbers.

I had two emails - both detailing the outage over the weekend etc, and the first one advised a new customer ID, to be used in conjunction with further information to be sent on Monday. The second email explicitly states You do not need to take any action, but we wanted to ensure you are fully informed ahead of the change. Which doesn't quite tally with the first, telling me I must re-register next week…. This could get messy.

I think the only account numbers that are changing are those ending with a "X" also on 3rd August.
