Checked Google play after reading about Principality app - obviously nothing there but I did notice Progressive have one which I didn't know about - installed and working

OK, so same as before for Lloyds.
I've just spent a ridiculous amount of time on the Bank of Scotland mobile site, then the desktop version, looking for a link to Chat. There's no sign of it, not even in Help or Contact Us. The nearest I got was a link to an external page, which had a video telling me how to get it on the app. I can't have the app because my phone is too old…

Wow.!
10 pages of posts in the last 24 hours (approximately). I felt sure that at least someone would have launched a new RS of interest when I saw that; possibly even more than one new offering.
Having scrolled though the pages & pages of posts, alas not, unless I missed it, which would be quite easy to have done.
Perhaps it's best for me to unsubscribe from this particular thread.
If I have missed it/them, can someone tell me the details please?

I also had the 31 October message, directing me to Lloyds. It will be a sad day when my 8% Halifax RS matures in 11 months from now 😭. I might also not be able to get an 8% Lloyds RS when my two current Lloyds RSs have both matured but I decided to leave them take their course as they will pay me a lot more interest than the 8% one, mainly because I can get £650 into them every month.

I'm getting fed up of the why do you care, why you worrying etc comments recently, people care, concerned etc, you might not but that's you.
Big banking group, big changes, people going to ask questions etc.
From a business point of view it must make sense to get rid of Halifax otherwise Lloyds wouldn't bother but that doesn't mean people's points aren't valid
